2025 Annual Learning Due December 15
Physicians and APPs participating in Ochsner Health’s clinically integrated network or accountable care organizations can now access their 2025 Annual Learning modules, a key requirement for maintaining network participation and eligibility for annual distribution.
Developed by Ochsner Health Network leaders, these courses provide practical guidance, education on key initiatives and insight into the strategic direction of our population health and value-based care efforts.
All required modules must be completed by December 15, 2025.
Two Module Categories:
- Gated Modules – Completion is required to remain eligible for annual distribution.
- Participation Modules – Earn up to 30 participation points that count toward your OHN Physician Scorecard and your annual distribution eligibility.
New for 2025
The Network Education Portal now includes expanded participation opportunities, including approved webinars, podcasts and conferences that count toward participation requirements. For instance, Stephen Lambert, MD’s Physician Education Session on the chronic kidney disease SmartSet was recently added.
Already reached 30 participation points? You only need to complete your Gated Modules to fulfill this year’s requirement.
How to Get Started
- Log in to the Network Education Portal.
- Select “View Activities” (top banner) to:
- See an overview of Gated and Participation learning
- Access step-by-step guides
- Launch modules directly in Workday Learn
- To check your progress, click “Track Progress” in the top banner.
New users will complete a quick, one-time registration before accessing the portal.
