2025 Participation Requirements Due December 15
This article is for primary care physicians, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers who manage patients in value-based contracts within Ochsner Health’s clinically integrated network and accountable care organizations.
All physicians and advanced practice providers assigned an OHN Physician Scorecard are responsible for completing Gated and Participation metrics by December 15, to be eligible for performance year annual distribution payment.
2025 Participation Criteria:
Participation Metrics – Complete enough activities to receive up to 30 participation points which contribute to your total annual performance score.
- Education modules (excluding gated modules) in Workday Learn – 8 points each
- Pre-approved podcasts and webinars in Network Education Portal – 10 points each
- Pre-approved in-person conferences in Network Education Portal – 30 points each
*Certain CME points earned through Ochsner’s Continuing Medical Education Portal will also count towards your OHN participation points.
Gated Metrics – All gated requirements must be completed to remain eligible for performance year annual distribution payment.
- Complete Annual Participation/Performance Attestation in Workday Learn
- Complete CIN/ACO Compliance Module in Workday Learn
- View OHN Network Update in Workday Learn
- *Complete Represented Provider Acknowledgement

How to Complete Requirements
Begin by logging into the Network Education Portal. Launched in early 2025, this portal was developed to simplify and centralize the annual participation requirement process. From here you can:
- Track your participation and gated metric progress.
- Watch/listen to pre-approved podcasts and webinars for participation points.
- Review pre-approved conferences and submit participation credit (requires proof of attendance).
- Verify that your OHN-approved Ochsner CME activities are properly credited toward your participation points.
- Access Workday Learn to complete gated and/or optional participation modules.
You will have to register the first-time logging into the portal. To do so, follow the instructions in the reference guide.
